2. Product Information

All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate to the best of our knowledge.

3. Pricing and Taxes

Products prices for orders inside the UAE are inclusive for VAT, Taxes, customs duties and delivery cost.

For orders outside the UAE, the total price at checkout excludes import taxes, customs duties, and VAT applicable in the buyer's country.

4. Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within two business days.

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country.

Local delivery is free of charges.

For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

5. Orders Outside the UAE

Buyers outside the UAE are responsible for ensuring the product complies with their country’s import regulations.

Any additional customs clearance delays are beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 72 hours of delivery if the product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected and approved.

Shipping fees and additional costs (e.g., customs duties, processing fee, bank charges, etc.) are non-refundable.

7. Product Replacement for Factory Defects

If a product is found to have a factory defect, customers must notify us within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Customers must provide proof of the defect, such as photos or videos, along with the purchase receipt.

Upon verification of the defect, we will offer a replacement of the same model or an equivalent product if the original is unavailable.

The defective product must be returned in its original packaging with all accompanying materials, such as warranty cards and accessories.

Shipping costs for returning the defective product and sending the replacement will be covered by us.

This policy does not cover defects caused by misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.
